I specialize in anxiety, attachment, relationships, life transitions, and women’s mental health. Using a blend of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), humanistic approaches, and attachment theory, I tailor therapy to meet your unique needs. I work with adults, from college age and beyond, and have a particular passion for supporting women and members of the LGBTQ+ community.

In the modern world, therapy must continuously adapt to the evolving landscape of politics, social media, and cultural change. Political events and societal shifts influence mental health, creating new stressors and anxieties that therapists must address with sensitivity and awareness. Social media, while fostering connection, also contributes to comparison, misinformation, and burnout, requiring therapists to help clients navigate its effects on self-esteem and relationships. Additionally, cultural change brings new understandings of identity, inclusivity, and systemic challenges, pushing therapists to remain informed and responsive.
